Have you got any projects coming up?
I do have a song and music video coming up. I’ve been trying to keep it Beyoncé quite you know. It’s going to be me and the Dairy Queens, the video sees us move through different visually stimulating eras in Brooklyn, and there’s this section where we have our own chairs and we chair dance, it’s going to be really amazing.
Awesome, so what is it going to be called?
It’s called Milk It. The song sounds superficial, like “We’re hot, and you’re not”, but it sort of came from where our drag isn’t considered hot or sexy, but more cool and fun. We want it to get people to realise that different forms of drag and beauty can be just as “hot” as the standard version you’re used to.
To read the full interview with Milk go grab yourself a copy of issue two, we have very limited stock left so hurry. Also check out our mini interviews with Milk and Skim in our DragCon special edition.
